These shoes are light weight and offer good ventilation. A good shoe for hot/humid weather. They are very comfortable and I am a long time fan of the Reebok Premier Running line. These shoes minimize my shin-splints by way of excellent cushioning and support.
I have never been a believer of wearing sneakers for non-workout purposes, but these shoes have made me reconsider. These are really sleek looking shoes, with a very stylish color combination. I love the mesh material, as it keeps the shoes not too bulky looking, and it allows my feet to really breathe. The insoles are not as padded as some of the other work-out type shoes, but I wear these mainly for walking and have found them comfortable enough for my purposes. But, I wear them every day around the house, use them as shower shoes, occassionally to the grocery store, and have even taken them camping. They are still as nice looking as when I first got them.
